“Wings of Love” Daize
“Wings of Love” is one of my favorite songs from Daize. “Girl” and “Don’t Want to Lose Your Love” are pretty awesome, too!
I’m pretty sure Power 96 played all three songs from Daize, and, if I remember correctly, many other stations across the country did, too. I used to love to get my weekly copy of Billboard magazine, so I could see the playlists of other freestyle stations. That way I’d know what to buy when I hit the record store. (Anybody else remember “Fast Tracks” in Fort Lauderdale?)

They are Bobbie Bejines, his brother Charlie Bejines, and Ernie “Daize” Medina, friends from the Los Angeles, CA area.

They combined different musical styles and influences.
Who was the lead singer of the group?
That would be Bobby, while Ernie did the rapping.
Who was their producer?
Tolga Katos, with help from Ernie Medina and Tony “G”.
